Valid Refund Claims

  • Incomplete service resulting from LUCKY TRANSLINE INC operational or mechanical issues. Verified overcharges identified by our accounts team. Requests submitted within the contracted timeline outlined in your specific transportation service agreement.

Exclusions List

  • Delays stemming from severe weather, highway closures, or other unforeseen force majeure circumstances. Deliveries rejected by recipients for reasons independent of our team. Logistics services finalized and confirmed upon final delivery.

Key Timelines

  • Cancellations made over 48 hours before pickup: 100% refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before pickup: 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are classified as non-refundable.
