Welcome to Lucky Transline Inc. This document outlines the protocols and standards governing our logistics and shipping services.

Service Usage
  • Clients are required to provide precise cargo specifications for every shipment. All activities must adhere to applicable regional and national transit laws. Lucky Transline Inc retains the authority to decline transport for undeclared hazardous materials or prohibited items.
Work Scope
  • We provide long-distance hauling, regional logistics, and terminal-to-terminal transport throughout North America. Requests for special handling must be noted on the bill of lading. We utilize professional discretion in route planning to maintain maximum safety and operational efficiency.
Price & Scheduling
  • Service estimates remain valid for 15 business days from issuance. Total costs are subject to adjustment based on certified weight measurements and current fuel surcharges during the transit period. Written confirmation is mandatory to finalize all dispatch arrangements.
Client Obligations
  • The consignor is responsible for ensuring freight is properly packed and labeled. Managing customs paperwork for international transit remains the client's sole duty. Delays exceeding the scheduled loading or unloading window may result in standard detention charges.
Delivery Status
  • Arrival times are estimates based on typical traffic patterns and mandatory driver rest periods. Heavy weather, mechanical failure, or infrastructure issues may lead to delays. Priority transport options may be arranged for industrial shipments requiring urgent fulfillment.
Dispute Filing
  • Freight discrepancies must be clearly documented on the proof of delivery. Official claims should be filed within 30 days of receipt along with relevant evidence. All claims for loss or damage are governed by the liability thresholds established in our corporate insurance coverage.
Liability Constraints
  • Lucky Transline Inc assumes no responsibility for indirect or consequential losses stemming from transit time variations. Acts of God or labor strikes release our firm from liability regarding service interruptions. Compensation for cargo loss is limited to the declared cargo value or established carrier caps.
